Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy
Hella standard limited warranty guarantees Hella products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one (1) year after retail purchase from an authorized Hella dealer. 

When a Hella product is suspected to be defective, contact us at hellasupport-us@forvia.com for information on warranty submission. Products submitted on a warranty claim may be requested to be returned at Hella’s discretion. The entire product must be returned, not just suspected defective part(s), together with a detailed written description of suspected failure. Hella reserves the right to either replace product with identical item if available or issue a refund of the purchase price.

When received, product will be reviewed to verify warranty claim and you will be notified if the claim has been approved or rejected. If the warranty claim is rejected, you will have ten (10) working days from date of notification to request return of product to you freight collect. If no response is received, product will be discarded, and no credit will be issued.

This Hella limited warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
